Delivery Service Dispatcher

The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor. Skills include manual order entry, basic computer navigation, customer service skills, and strong communication skills. Additional skills and qualifications include handling calls and emails, manual order entry, assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment service issues, scheduling and dispatching service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work weekends and flexible schedules, basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience level is entry level. Job type and location is a contract to hire position based out of Stuart, FL. Pay range is $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
