Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Open Positions

  • Advertising Coordinator : Coordinate print & in-store promotion communications between Fresh & Center Store Merchandising, Advertising, Marketing, and Operations. Ensure that ad & promotion communications are built, coordinated & executed accurately in a timely manner within the corresponding promotional systems. This is including, but not limited to the weekly ad circular, grand opening or special ad pieces, & in-store long term or short-term temporary price reductions.
  • Category Support Coordinator : Be the go-to hub for our Category Management team. You'll keep operations running smoothly, collaborate across departments, and gain hands-on experience that's a proven path to advancement. Every day brings new challenges, learning, and opportunities to grow.
  • Customer Rep - Social Media : Helps customers with questions, orders, and issues across phone, email, chat, mail, and social media. They support services like online shopping, loyalty programs, coupons, and special orders, while keeping accurate records and following privacy rules. Acting as a friendly brand ambassador, they solve problems quickly, share up-to-date information, and work with the team to ensure every shopper has a positive experience.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Satisfactory performance reviews.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage timelines.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Very proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.

    • Education And Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
