Marketing Manager
Location : Wylie, Texas - Fully On-site + Travel as needed.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for one of their divisions. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of tactical product markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute marketing strategies for the law enforcement and sporting goods verticals.
- Develop traditional marketing assets : flyers, catalogs, email campaigns, product launch materials, and sales promotions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with product development teams to shape positioning and messaging.
- Support sales with content creation, communications, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with social media and affiliate teams for content and product evaluations.
- Manage website updates, photo / video shoots, and ensure timely content publication.
- Oversee tradeshow logistics including booking, shipping, and on-site support.

Experience in the law enforcement or sporting goods industryPossess knowledge updating DAMS, Amazon, and Shopify digital contentComfortable working with tactical productsStrong background in product marketing (not services)Strategic and tactical mindset with a solid grasp of pricing and positioningExperience supporting B2B sales through distributors and retailers (not e-commerce)
