Business Intelligence Analyst (Retail CPG) - Support Office

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our retail CPG team. The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, Azure) and Tableau to design, develop, and deliver analytics solutions that drive data-driven decision making. This role requires a strong understanding of retail and consumer packaged goods dynamics, financial reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Analysis & Visualization

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.

Develop, maintain, and automate financial reports including P&L, sales performance, margin analysis, and expense tracking.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources (ERP, POS, syndicated data, CRM, financial systems, supply chain systems) into reporting environments.

Partner with stakeholders across sales, finance, supply chain, and marketing to understand reporting needs.

Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Qualifications :

3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial reporting (preferably in retail or CPG).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
