What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and to observe any unusual activity.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or irregularities according to site protocols.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees, customers, and visitors.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency personnel as needed during incidents.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
