AI Programming Workshop Instructor

A company is looking for an Instructor for AI-Assisted Programming Workshops (part-time).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive live training sessions on AI-assisted coding

Prepare workshop scenarios and training materials in collaboration with the Instructional Designer

Review and incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve session design

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional software development experience in backend or full-stack roles

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot

Understanding of secure coding practices and AI-related risks in software development

Experience teaching, coaching, or training developers or engineering teams is highly valued

Availability of at least 10-15 hours per week to dedicate to students
