In this key role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive engagement, deep product knowledge, and seamless coordination with internal teams.

Coordinate customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
Collaborate with product, technical support, and sales teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, documenting client interactions and account progress.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with C3Aero’s solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and uncover areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and streamline customer success processes. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Ability to understand technical products and translate features into customer value propositions.
Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in a professional setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience in account management within technology, aerospace, or SaaS industries.
Familiarity with secure connectivity solutions, cloud infrastructure, or AI-driven technologies.
Background in conducting customer training or onboarding for technical products.
