Job descriptionManage the ILEC Meet-Point Mailbox, processing ~400 monthly requests for circuit information between CLLI codesRespond to customer requests for meet-point information, perform redesigns, and help establish new meet-pointsOperate the XML mailbox to process requests for establishing or updating Local Service Request (LSR) XML Gateway connectivityCreate CLEC test and production APPL IDs to facilitate customer order submissionsCoordinate and facilitate calls among test managers, IT, and customers for platform testing, troubleshooting, and migrationsUnderstand circuit provisioning, CLLI codes, and mailbox operationsBachelor's degree strongly preferred, or 5–8 years of experience in telecom operations, customer service, or technical supportStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with LSRs, XML gateway interfaces, and wholesale telecom processesSkilled in technical troubleshooting and customer communicationAbility to manage and prioritize high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment
