Work Dates Needed : Mondays only, ongoing. Work Hours : 8am-8pm Worksite Setting : School-based Health Center / outpatient and telehealth on-site Scope of Work : Family Med. Treating all ages, chronic disease management. Provider will be required to travel to 3 sites all within a close distance Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : BC / BE, NC active license, BLS, PALS, DEA. Must be local, no travel. Must have current Medicaid and Medicare enrollment. No prior background issues. EMR : eClinical Works (ECW)
