JUNIOR HUMINT TARGETING INSTRUCTOR Location :

  • Washington, D.C. | Type : Full-Time | Clearance : TS / SCI – CI Poly Preferred Overview DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Junior HUMINT Targeting Instructor to support the Government in executing and enhancing DIA’s HUMINT Targeting course instruction.
  • In this role, you will instruct with authority over HUMINT Targeting principles, methodologies, and operational applications.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Key Responsibilities Design, support, and deliver training in all areas of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
  • Instruct with authority across HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with DIA guest lecturers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive course delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate and professional instructional materials.

Apply expertise in HUMINT Targeting, including DoD policies, legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and IT systems.

  • Administer, evaluate, and manage blocks of instruction within the HUMINT curriculum.

    • Instruct students on HUMINT operations, applying targeting analysis to multiple mission sets.

  • Incorporate experience in pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis into instruction.
  • Minimum Qualifications Active TS / SCI clearance.
  • Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferred).
  • Minimum of four (4) years applied experience as a certified HUMINT professional in HUMINT Targeting.
  • Experience in pattern-of-life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
  • Knowledge of HUMINT operations with ability to instruct students in application and targeting analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of the HUMINT Targeting cycle and its role in HUMINT operations.
  • Graduate of a recognized IC-level HUMINT Targeting course (e.g., OHTC, Targeting Certification Board, or equivalent).

    • Compensation & Benefits Salary Range :

  • $95,000 – $105,000 annually The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the role’s responsibilities, the candidate’s education, experience, and skill set, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws or agreements.

  • On-site, daytime schedule, no remote option.
