Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker / Packer for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule :

1st Shift

Mondays : 7AM - 5 : 30PM

Tuesdays - Fridays : 7AM - 3PM

Plus overtime

Pay Rate :

$15 / hour

Job Summary :

The Picker / Packer is responsible for accurately selecting products, preparing orders, and packaging items for shipment. Prior experience in a fulfillment center using handheld scanners is a plus.

Job Responsibilities :

• Pick products from inventory shelves using pick slips or digital systems
• Pack and label items securely according to company standards
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and order accuracy
• Perform basic computer tasks for order processing and logging
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements :

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer systems
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. during shifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
