Accounting Cashier - Winter Seasonal

Position Job Title : Cashier

Reports To : Director of Accounting

Department : Accounting

Classification : Seasonal Part-Time

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Functions of the Role :

• Responsible for all monies deposited into the drop safe, verifying accuracy of each deposit for that particular sales location.
• Distribute & track seasonal banks for profit centers. Collect change banks after mountain closes.
• Compile all deposits into company daily deposit.
• Verify profit center safe counts bi-monthly.
• Maintain accurate change bank for the company and disburse change to managers as needed.
• Keeps cash room secure.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Perform additional accounting functions as requested.
• Present a positive image to employees and the community.
