Job Description : We are seeking a Capital Construction Procurement Specialist that will focus on leading procurement and contract negotiations for capital equipment and construction projects, particularly within drug substance manufacturing. It involves managing supplier relationships, issuing RFI / RFP / RFQs, and coordinating cross-functional approvals to ensure timely purchase orders and cost-effective procurement. The position also includes project management responsibilities, such as tracking equipment delivery, securing customs duty savings, and reporting procurement cost savings. Strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential, along with proficiency in procurement systems and remote work efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Procurement experience supporting capital construction projects for drug substance manufacturing (including supply chain or direct materials)
• Shared services center knowledge with Procure to Pay cycle experience
• Experience in collaborating with other functions such as contracting, legal, finance, engineering, and / or operations amongst others
• Knowledge of Procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Scout, Salesforce.com)
• Proven efficiency working remotely and onsite with business partners and suppliers 4-6 years’ experience
• Proficiency in procurement processes
