Job descriptionSetting : 100% telemedicine Location : Must be licensed in New York; patients are located in public housing across NY State Schedule : Per-diem with flexible scheduling (weekday and weekend availability) Duties : Treat adult and geriatric patients residing in public housing Collaborate with case managers and support services Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Deliver culturally competent care to diverse populations Pay Rate : Paid per consult Payment : Weekly direct deposit Insurance : Malpractice insurance provided Support : Dedicated recruiter assistance throughout the assignment Expedited credentialing available Support with compliance and onboarding paperwork Orientation provided prior to start

Requirements :
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active New York NP license
- Active DEA license
- New grads welcome to apply
- Prior experience with underserved populations a plus
Position Details :
