About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist to design, implement, and oversee initiatives that elevate resident satisfaction, retention, and community engagement across our portfolio. This role blends creative marketing, event programming, and resident communications to ensure every Avita community reflects our values of innovation, service, and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute property-level marketing campaigns to drive leasing and renewals.
  • Plan and coordinate resident events, activations, and engagement programs across communities.
  • Manage social media, email, and resident portal communications to create consistent messaging.
  • Partner with Operations and Regional Managers to ensure resident touchpoints align with the One Avita Way.
  • Build relationships with local vendors, food trucks, fitness instructors, and nonprofits to bring unique experiences to residents.
  • Track KPIs related to resident satisfaction, renewal rates, and event participation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in multifamily property marketing, resident experience, or hospitality / event management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (ILS / multifamily advertising platforms, social media, email campaigns, resident portals).
  • Excellent organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple communities and initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing community living experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Leasing teams.
