Our client, a leader in next-generation communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and airborne platforms, is actively seeking a Program Scheduler to join their team in Austin, Texas

Key Responsibilities

Create and update MS Project schedules in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.

Provide scheduling support to assigned programs and operations.

Ensure cost / schedule integration, as well as earned value tracking, are aligned with the Work Breakdown Structures.

Develop reporting formats, scheduling protocols, processes, and software selection.

Support proposals, monitor schedule performance, and manage schedule margin.

Deliver regular schedule and program status updates to Program Management and Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of directly related scheduling / program management experience.

Prior experience supporting spacecraft development is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of earned value, SPI / CPI measures, and financial management tools.

Proficiency with MS Project (including Resource Management) , Excel, and related tools.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to communicate complex information clearly
