BBSI is seeking a Recruitment Specialist / Onsite to join our staffing team!

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter / On-Site Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting multiple client accounts by recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with both candidates and client management teams. This position requires flexibility to travel between client sites throughout the day and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, skilled trades, and professional positions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting to onboarding and follow-up.
  • Maintain a visible presence at client sites to support managers and employees.
  • Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and onboarding paperwork for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations, attendance tracking, and day-to-day workforce support.
  • Collaborate with clients to forecast staffing needs and identify solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, as well as all applicable laws.
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with candidates and clients.
  • Assist with reasonable suspicion assessments, incident investigations, and performance coaching as needed.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in staffing or high-volume recruiting).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently across multiple job sites.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
