Operations Manager For Urgent Care Clinic

The role involves managing operations for an urgent care clinic, overseeing all non-physician clinic staff, ensuring quality of patient care, and maintaining the clinic building and supplies. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and completing onboarding processes for various roles; supervising, evaluating, and executing performance evaluations of non-provider staff; partnering with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality care; ensuring staff compliance with company policies; leading and organizing staff meetings; resolving patient and staff concerns; ensuring compliance with front office procedures; maintaining the facility and stock of supplies; monitoring key performance indicators; overseeing business development resources; managing employer relationships; and closely working with clinical staff.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree preferred, a minimum of two years experience working in a supervisory role in a medical office, demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications, ability to deliver high levels of customer service, understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines, work comp understanding, and X-Ray Technician, LVN, MA certification preferred.
