Job description

Job Title : FP&A Analyst (Bilingual) - 4-Month Contract | Onsite in Miami, FL

About the Role :

Phoenix Pro Connect is supporting a client in Miami with an immediate need for a Bilingual FP&A Analyst . This is a 5-month onsite contract role where you'll play a key part in supporting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. If you're strong in Excel, have a solid finance or accounting background, and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends for management review
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to gather data and provide insights
  • Present financial analysis in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and financial presentations as needed

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related role
  • Strong accounting foundation (ideal)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, modeling)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish required)
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

  • Location : Miami, FL (onsite role - must be local or able to commute)
