General Job Description

  • Work with team-members building and installing construction projects such as demolition, layout, rough framing, drywall, finish carpentry, interior renovations, exterior renovations, concrete, site work, drainage work, grading and other tasks as assigned. We do it all! If you don't know all these trades and skill sets, That's OK, we'll train you.
  • Safely operate various tools and equipment as needed. Including : hand tools, power tools, saws, measurement equipment, etc.
  • Use your range of carpentry skills to deliver a higher quality of product.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment and maintain good working order of tools and equipment.
  • Assist other crews / divisions as needed depending on schedule and season.
  • Use your talents and passion to make a lasting difference in people’s lives every day.

  • You'll Have Career Path Options : Pay range is $20-$30 + per hour and is determined based on your skill set.
  • Holiday pay for all employees after 60 days of employment.

  • 4 or 5 day work week with occasional overtime for anything over 40 hours.
  • Vacation pay eligible after initial period.
  • OSHA 10 Hour Training and other certification options available.
  • Requirements

  • Experience preferred, but not required, we’ll teach the right person if they have a good work ethic and attitude.
  • This is not a maintenance position.

  • Consistent attendance and capability to get to work. A valid driver’s license is required.
  • We own multiple properties with in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and work will shift within those locations.
  • Ability to physically perform the required tasks to complete the job. This includes lifting up to 80 lbs and other physically demanding tasks.
  • Working in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have flexibility in scheduled projects.

    Salary : $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
