Social Media Agent Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics for events such as venue selection, catering services, and transportation.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Help manage on-site operations during events by setting up, breaking down, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Track event schedules and assist in ensuring all activities run according to plan.
- Maintain accurate records of event budgets and expenses to assist with financial reporting.
- Compile feedback from attendees and stakeholders to help improve future events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Demonstrated passion for events and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
