Overview :

Client Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team is seeking a Cyberhub Technical Engineer to support the Cyberhub digital platform - a centralized hub that connects employees with ISRM experts, services, and GenAI-powered resources. This role focuses on technical design, integration, and maintenance of secure, user-friendly solutions across Cyberhub channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate design specs into secure, functional system components while collaborating with development teams and ISRM stakeholders.
• Architect and document integration processes, data flows, and ServiceNow integrations following ISRM and UX best practices.
• Support GenAI solution design, testing, and data governance across ISRM and enterprise systems.
• Manage ongoing platform health - security compliance, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and CI / CD support.
• Conduct usability and validation testing, ensuring alignment with ISRM standards and product objectives.
