Pay : $225,000.00 - $315,000.00 per year
Note : This hybrid position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in-office at our clients NYC office.
Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of experience in tax, trusts, and estates law, with bar admission in at least one state where our client has an office.

Job Description
- Advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Handle estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings
- Provide tax planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Conduct legal research on federal and state tax issues impacting estates and trusts
- Collaborate with colleagues in tax, corporate, and litigation practices as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and clear communication
Qualifications
