Role Overview : The Director of Nursing provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all aspects of nursing care. You will develop and implement effective clinical policies and procedures, manage and mentor a talented nursing staff, and keep patient care at the heart of every decision.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
