Physical Therapy Center Manager – Lead Clinical Operations & Patient Care
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapy Center Manager to lead our dynamic rehabilitation team. This dual-role position combines hands-on patient care with strategic clinic management, offering the perfect opportunity for a licensed physical therapist ready to advance their career into healthcare leadership. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations Management :
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists and occupational therapists to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes team morale, employee engagement, and staff retention
- Manage daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Oversee budget development, financial planning, and profitability metrics to ensure sustainable clinic growth
- Execute strategic marketing initiatives and referral development programs to expand patient base
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare payers, and community partners
- Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to optimize clinic performance
- Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, professional, and welcoming therapeutic environment
