Loan Processing Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Processing Assistant to support the Loan Processor in ensuring accurate and compliant processing of loan files.

Key Responsibilities

Request Verification of Employment (VOE) and order necessary documentation such as Homeowners Insurance and Tax transcripts

Assist in managing the loan pipeline and ensure timely submission of complete loan packages to Underwriting

Communicate with various stakeholders and monitor closing dates to meet company deadlines

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in the mortgage or financial related field preferred

Experience with BYTE (LOS System) preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

High level of integrity and confidentiality required
