AWS Connect Engineer

Job Title : AWS Connect Engineer

Location : Remote

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on contact center technologies.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect.
• Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway, etc.
• Familiarity with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), IVR systems, call routing strategies, and real-time analytics.
• Experience working in a HIPAA-compliant environment within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Strong scripting / coding skills using Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
