Certified Revenue Cycle Coordinator

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates daily work assignments and monitors productivity and quality metrics for PFS staff

Serves as a point of contact for escalated billing, collections, and patient inquiries; collaborates with internal departments to resolve complex issues

Prepares and distributes reports related to key performance indicators and provides administrative support for audits and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)

3+ years of experience in patient financial services, medical billing, or revenue cycle operations

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or equivalent preferred

Experience in Epic or other EHR systems; prior experience in a large health system or academic medical center preferred
