A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and enhance HR systems, reporting, and analytics to support employee initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and present data for key People initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and clarity
Manage and enhance HRIS functionality, including system configuration and automation
Support integrity of compensation data and prepare monthly People Update presentations for senior leadership
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a Quantitative Field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR systems
Strong understanding of HR data structures and compensation analysis
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides (or Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools, preferably Tableau or PowerBi
