Job Summary and Qualifications:
- Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing, ensuring adherence to procedures and turnaround times
- Assume responsibility for laboratory operations during assigned shifts
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient results and laboratory procedures
- Perform stat procedures within specified timeframes
- Exercise judgment in result interpretation and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
- State of Florida Technologist License or ability to obtain
- Supervisory experience preferred
Pay Range: $27.09 - $34.67 per hour
