Senior Vice President Of Product

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President of Product to join our executive team. You'll be responsible for driving innovation in our established products and clear development prioritization to continue delivering on the value we bring to our customer - automation of the busywork of brokerage, without a sacrifice in quality. Buildout brokerages are profitable brokerages because we enable our customers to drive more revenue at lower costs. This North star continues to be a winning strategy for the company, so you'll inherit a strong foundation, not a blank slate. You'll be responsible for making the tough decisions between critical versus important, key customer versus broad base, and short-term versus long-term impact. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial real estate and / or workflow automation, a proven track record in product and design management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the CEO, you will also be a member of the Senior Leadership team, driving direction for the whole company and interacting regularly with the Board of Directors. In this role, you will oversee the Product and Design team, and work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and our customer facing teams to drive product roadmaps that positively impact both the top and bottom line.

Product Strategy and Vision :

• Execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market opportunities, specifically focused on accelerating the ROI and value in our strong product suite via next generation capabilities (like AI) and exceptional user experience.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and innovation.

What Makes a Great Candidate

Location : This is a fully remote role open across most of the US.

Compensation : The targeted base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $275,000, plus bonus potential.
