AEP / AJO Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Associate AEP / AJO Developer to support and enhance enterprise-level marketing and customer journey platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support and development within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Monitor system performance and resolve integration or data-related issues

Participate in incident management and ticket resolution in a 24x7 operations environment

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

2-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Experience in application support or monitoring (L1 / L2), ideally in a 24x7 environment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Willingness to participate in a 24x7 shift rotation / on-call schedule
