We are a Municipal Utility Contractor specializing in Water and Wastewater Utility Construction. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our Accounting Department and Operations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Processing accounts payable invoices and performing credit card reconciliations.
• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones and managing mail (including trips to the post office).
• Making copies and maintaining organized records.
• Assisting with data entry and ensuring accurate records retention.
• Supporting workflow between Accounting and Operations departments.
• Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all financial and administrative processes.
• Communicating primarily with internal team members (minimal external client interaction).

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
