Your Role : As a Member Service Representative (Relationship or Universal Banker), you'll be the face of our credit union, providing a range of services that go beyond basic transactions. You’ll :

• Handle teller transactions, open new accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, and fund loans with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
• Cross-sell products and services, helping members discover solutions that meet their financial needs.
• Resolve any issues with a consultative approach that builds trust and long-term relationships.
