Pay : $60,000 - $70,000 Yearly

Schedule : Full-time | Day shift | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our roasting team. If you’re driven by quality, efficiency, and the aroma of freshly roasted beans — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and mentor a team of coffee roasters to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee all roasting operations from green coffee to packaged product.
• Partner with Production Management and Quality Control to maintain roast profiles and standards.
• Schedule team members and roasting equipment for optimal workflow.
• Train new employees on roasting techniques and equipment.
• Keep detailed batch and lot tracking records for FDA compliance.
