Right at Home is looking for an experienced Data Governance Analyst . In this position, you will work closely with internal and external partners to oversee the successful implementation of integration projects, and oversee the automation of data entry and process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities
- Consistently upholds and demonstrates the Right at Home care values : Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and Approachable
- Establish routine engagement cadence with business stakeholders and IT partners to drive adoption of governance practices
- Use business glossary, modeling, migration, and classification platforms combined with structured change management practices to establish comprehensive data governance in critical areas of data and analytics systems
- Assist in the collection and management of data and information so that it can be used to analyze business functions, market behavior and industry trends
- Investigate and analyze complex business challenges and assist in problem solving and providing solutions
- Translate regulatory compliance mandates into practical data governance policies and procedures. Act as subject matter expert and provide information and recommendations to team lead and leadership team to assist in decision making
- Find and present data-driven insights and conclusions to maximize bottom line results
- Advocate for continual improvement towards realizing the ideal tools, investment, partnerships, infrastructure, and culture needed in the area of data-driven decision making and business intelligence, to accomplish organization goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance across data lifecycle management
- Create, maintain and evolve weekly and monthly reporting
- Understand, work with and assist in the upkeep and maintenance of data dictionaries
- Learn and understand the nuances of corporate data, metrics and source systems
- Track, capture, and effectively communicate industry and competitor data and information
- Interpret and analyze policies and practices and propose new and better ways of doing things in a professional manner
- Protect sensitive data, ensuring all legal and ethical data standards are met
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have
Attained or pursuing an undergraduate degree with a focus in business, mathematics, computer science / MIS, finance, information technology, economics, or relevant degree4+ years of relevant experience working in data management, analytics, financial modeling or equivalent role2+ years direct experience in data governance, data quality, or data maturity managementDirect experience working with Business Glossary management and implementation to data systemExperience working with data architects to articulate requirements, and constantly make data improvements to existing systemsStrong analytical skills with the ability to understand current and future data needsAbility to communicate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner to technical and nontechnical audiencesSelf-starter mentality with the ability to think proactively and assimilate new concepts and information quicklyAbility to work in a discrete manner maintaining confidentiality with sensitive informationRight at Home, a RiseMark Holdings, LLC company, is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates, supports and promotes diversity and inclusion.
