Job Description : We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment for our customers. You will assist them in finding the products they need, providing product knowledge, and ensuring they leave our store satisfied.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers with a smile as they enter the store and over the phone.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Enter orders for delivery and pick-up on a computer using our custom point-of-sale software.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Restock and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Exhibit compassion and empathy for all of life's celebrations
