Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to develop strategic proposals in response to RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage proposals for low to moderate complexity RFPs, ensuring compliance and compelling content

Collaborate with corporate and sales partners to analyze RFP requirements and create client-focused proposals

Serve as project manager for multiple concurrent RFPs, coordinating resources and ensuring timely responses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in communications or proposal writing

Demonstrated project management and analytical abilities

Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications

Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels
