Job descriptionassisting with set up of production line assisting with monitoring and adjustment of sauces and ingredients usage as needed for each product monitoring ingredient and sauce distribution and appearance in cartons performing scrapes, tasting and checking every 15 minutes on cartons assisting other freezer operators with monitoring the production line for problems cleaning and sanitizing equipment performing preventative maintenance on equipment interacting with staff, associates and regulatory personnel performing all team assignments maintaining housekeeping other duties as assigned.
