Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain after hire Prior experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred Enthusiastic, playful, creative, and adaptable Reliable - someone families can trust Physical stamina to engage actively with children Tech-savvy with proficiency in data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Motivated to learn independently and provide top-quality care Interest in utilizing evidence-based, effective methods At ABS Kids, we find purpose in the extraordinary moments we create with our clients. - Competitive pay of $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
- Earn an additional $2.00 / hour (premium pay) for hours worked in home settings starting at 3 PM
