What You Will Be Doing :

• Coach for Impact : Provide high-impact, personalized coaching to Aeronautics executives, high-potential leaders, and participants in development programs, helping them navigate complex challenges, sharpen decision-making, and drive strategic outcomes.
• Lead Internal Coaching Network : Build, develop, and oversee our internal Coaching Cadreselecting, training, and equipping internal coaches to scale leadership impact across the enterprise.
• Shape Coaching Strategy : Design, implement, and sustain Aeronautics' comprehensive coaching strategy, while also influencing enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives.
• Innovate with Tools & Resources : Bring forward new coaching tools, resources, and practices to enhance leadership performance and future-proof the organizations leadership development approach.
• Manage Vendor Partnerships : Oversee external vendor relationships, contracts, and resources to ensure access to world-class coaching expertise.
• Measure What Matters : Establish metrics and frameworks to evaluate coaching effectiveness, delivering insights that inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Elevate Leadership Development : Partner with enterprise leadership development teams to design and deliver impactful workshops, programs, and training aligned to organizational goals.
