Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with BLS, ARRT, and Epic experience for a 13-week assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in an interventional radiology unit performing cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM
  • Potential call requirement one day per week and one weekend per month
  • Candidates may be asked to float within their clinical scope as needed
  • Epic EMR experience is required
  • Candidates must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule; locals are not accepted
  • Return staff must have a one-year separation from prior employment in the system to be eligible
  • Assignments are limited to a maximum of 365 days, regardless of time off between contracts
  • Orientation and required modules are completed during the first 16 hours and are not billable up to that limit
  • RTO requests must be confirmed at time of offer; no additional RTO requests approved after acceptance
  • If vacation is planned between signing and start date, this must be communicated for start date planning

  • Current BLS and ARRT certifications required
  • Valid VA radiologic technologist license required; pending license accepted with VA temp authorization
  • Minimum experience requirements as specified in the position description
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Copy of required certification(s) must be provided
  • Experience with Epic EMR required
  • License required if applicable
