OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in our hospital-affiliated Outpatient Hand Clinic. You will work closely with multiple experienced Hand Surgeons, treating a diverse patient population.

This role is perfect for an Occupational Therapist with a passion for hand therapy who is ready to take the next step in pursuing certification, or an experienced Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) looking to see a caseload of exclusively hands, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity, develop a specialized program, and make a lasting impact. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• CHT Certification is preferred
• California OT License or Ability to Obtain
• Servant leader mindset
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• H1B Visa Sponsorship not available
