Job Title : General Production

Job Description

In this role, you must have great attention to detail because you're the last line of defense before the company sends out the final product. Candidates will be applying veneer or paint based on client specifications. You will be using spray guns or rollers depending on what the finished product needs.

Responsibilities

Apply veneer or paint based on client specifications.

Use spray guns or rollers to finish products.

Ensure attention to detail to maintain product quality.

Conduct final inspections before products are sent out.

Essential Skills

Experience with tools.

Painting skills.

Veneering skills.

Packaging and finishing skills.

Coating techniques.

Assembly experience.

Ability to lift and handle general labor tasks.

6 months of consistent work history in any industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred experience in painting, but not required.

Work Environment

The work environment is not climate-controlled and can be very hot and humid during the summer. It can also be dirty at times with wood dust. In the finishing department, there may be strong paint and veneering fumes. Team sizes vary by department, but you will be working with 20-35 people on any given shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
