Responsibilities
:
- Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze competitive platforms and market trends.
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Maintain research documentation and share insights across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user research or UX research roles.
- Strong qualitative and competitive analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in real estate or marketplace platforms preferred
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
