Required Qualifications

At least 7+ years of professional experience leading or managing a design team

At least 2+ years designing and leading a design system team at a mature company

A portfolio of relevant design work that demonstrates successful product delivery

Deep experience working with product managers, engineering, and marketing

A collaborative, low-ego approach to working with others
