The Sales Analyst is a key part of the sales organization, supporting decisions with clear, data-driven insight. You'll prepare and analyze sales forecasts, evaluate trends, and translate numbers into strategies that help drive growth across customers and product lines.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the sales team to develop data-backed sales plans and performance reports
• Analyze sales, profit, and movement reports to spot trends and guide business strategy
• Create dashboards and visuals that turn complex data into clear, actionable stories
• Validate rebate programs, commission structures, and trade-spend effectiveness
• Support new product launches and food show coordination with insights and reporting
• Build and maintain customized reports by customer, broker, or region
• Collaborate with Finance, Production, and HR to maintain accurate P&L insights
• Continuously improve systems, templates, and automation for reporting efficiency
