Job description

Schedule :

  • Monday-Friday 8a-4 : 30p No after hours call
  • Shifts / Month : 20 (FT 5 days each week)
  • Coverage Needs Details : Full time 5 days a week office practice from 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM with surgeries. Client prefers someone ongoing for a minimum of 6 months.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Active PA State License
  • DEA Required : Yes
  • Board Status : Board Certified, Board Eligible
  • Required Procedures : Typical Urology procedures
  • Required Certifications : BLS
  • Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : 1

  • Practice Type : Hospital Based Free Standing clinic
  • AVG 20 patients per day
  • APP / Mid-Level Coverage Avail : No
  • Will provider work solo? Yes
  • Other specialties on-site : Inpatient Hospitalist coverage 24 / 7
