Job Description

The Account Manager for Government Recruitment Services is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with government clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions, and driving business growth within the public sector / healthcare. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, from understanding client needs to ensuring the successful placement of candidates, while maintaining compliance with government regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

Recruitment Strategy Development : Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with their objectives.

Contract Management : Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with government regulations and organizational standards.

Project Oversight : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for government clients, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates and adherence to project timelines.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and to facilitate the successful placement of candidates.

Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, government hiring practices, and policy changes that may impact recruitment strategies.

Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with federal, state, and local government contracting regulations and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with competency-based recruitment methods and public sector hiring standards.
