Account Director Role
We're looking for a strategic and passionate Account Director to lead social media efforts for an auto client. This role is critical in guiding the day-to-day client relationship, driving content excellence, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver bold, data-driven social strategies and content. The core role of our Social Client Service team is to spearhead the execution of brand directives including Tier 1 social media campaigns, vehicle reveals / launches, and always-on organic social media support and closely collaborate with other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
58 years of account management experience in an agency setting (automotive experience a plus) Proven expertise in managing social media programs for large-scale brands Exceptional client service skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset Strong understanding of social platform best practices, trends, and analytics (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) Adept at juggling multiple complex projects with meticulous attention to detail Confident communicator who can lead presentations and cross-functional meetings Team player with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial energy Familiarity with asset specs, usage rights, and versioning across social platforms

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
